The marketplace for digital assets, apps and Mentor services.

Websites, domains, content, handles, AI agents and whole online businesses. Apps and modules, sold by the people who make them. Help from Service Mentors. This site sets out how swomi.io will work, before it opens.

Tell me first takes you to the sign-up page on swomi.com. One Swomi account will open swomi.io too. swomi.io has no forms of its own.

The route every sale will take
  1. The seller lists

The owner of the asset, or the developer, author or Mentor who made what is sold.

  2. Ownership is verified

    Before the listing goes live.

  3. A buyer buys

Then one question decides the route.

  4. Does a list of members move with the asset?

    Yes: an escrow sale

The sale goes through a licensed escrow agent. The list's members are told who the new owner is.

    or

    No: a direct sale

No escrow agent stands between buyer and seller.

  5. The sale completes

A fee is charged now, and only now.

What will be sold on swomi.io

Two ways a sale will run

Every sale starts the same way: the seller lists, and ownership is verified before the listing goes live. At the sale, one question decides the route: does a list of members move with the asset?

Escrow sale

When a list of members moves with the asset.

The sale goes through a licensed escrow agent, and the list's members are told who the new owner is.

A list of members is any list of people that comes with an asset, such as a newsletter's subscribers or a site's user accounts.

Direct sale

Every other sale.

No escrow agent stands between buyer and seller. Everything else is the same: a verified listing, and a fee only when the sale completes.

A fee is charged only when a sale completes.

Fees are published in the Fee Schedule before swomi.io opens. This site gives no fee figures.

Valuations that show their working

A valuation on swomi.io will show the method that produced it, the version of that method and the inputs it used, so anyone can see how the figure was reached. The first method is Graph Modeling for Valuation 1.0, which Swomi publishes on contentsignals.co.[1]

Valuations are indicative. They are not appraisals.
